"U can find a nice house that's affordable here. It's a long drive from Dallas. So it can add up if you go there a lot. It's small time feel which is nice. "
  • Beth Ellen McKinney
"Annual car show and other community events such as a fundraiser for breast cancer treatment, vendor dais, a Christmas lights and 4th of July celebrations."
  • Daviddd5129
"There aren’t any sidewalks and people drive too fast. Too many loose or strays. But my neighbors are really sweet"
  • Dianasandylopez
"They have christmas lights close to our home and downtown Greenville has a christmas event and also they have Christmas lights in the park"
  • ireliacastillo
"Lived in Greenville all my life it’s a cozy place to live it’s growing but still not as big as Dallas and saver "
  • TheCookieMonster
"Fourth of July celebration every year is worth watching. Then every year there is the Christmas parade. That’s really about it "
  • Nikkellsimm
"Lovely place/neighborhood and great schools. Love living here and the community is very friendly Would reccomend 10/10"
  • Heather R.
"This originally was a safe and quiet street a couple years ago. Now, it’s saturated with crime, disrespectful children and parents and high traffic areas. Definitely not as bad as it could be in certainly not where I want my children growing up. "
  • Wharris_quinlan
"Long commute to Dallas due to road construction and congestion. Hope to shorten the commute soon after selling and relocating. "
  • Tlhaddock
"don't know...I don't have a dog. but if I did it is because I can walk them in a park close to my home...and a few blocks from Pet Smart."
  • Peghdo2
"Quiet area, yards and homes well maintained. Lots of mature trees. City has most amenities needed, and large city is within easy commute. "
  • Hunter.nicole102018
"We don't interact or have community gatherings. Everyone keeps to themselves and doesn't bother one another. There is a church down the street that hosts events. We've been to the Halloween events but I'm unsure of the name of the church. "
  • Hunter.nicole102018
"no sidewalks and neighbor dogs bark a lot. people drive down the road too fast so it's unsafe to walk in the street "
  • Cody W. P.
"The highways are becoming very overcrowded due to an influx in new residents, Greenville was not built to sustain such a large population "
  • Champagne
"It’s quite and they are camera oriented it’s close to food places basically in walking distance and there’s two banks and convenience store with the donut shop next door and down the street is a elementary school very clean and well groomed as well "
  • Kenny
"Rural setting with a quiet city feel. Not too much city not too far into the country. neighbors still stop and talk with each other as they walk their dogs or horses."
  • Dondee D. L.
"There are elementary schools around Greenville and are near the neighbourhood. Awesome parks around."
  • livingandlovinglife
"Not a good place to live because you have kids running around the complex unsupervised. Trash all around the complex because people are to lazy to put in trash. They have no security cameras around so they don't know who is doing it. We have a family of 7 in a 3 bedroom apartment on top of us and they let the kids run around all hours of the day and night. We've complained but they don't care. I guess HUD families are what they want to keep here. That's ok because they are going to be the one's to run this place down just like every other apartment here in Greenville Texas. "
  • A C.
"Doesn't take to long to get around town. The onlybpublic transportation is The Connection, which you can get planned in advance. "
  • Chris C.
"County Fair and events in the down town area. Occasionally there's a parade on the holidays OMG OMG OMG OMG"
  • Safoltz
"Friendly and quiet cul de sac with older homes circa 1960’s ranch style with big back yards close to the hospital "
  • Sean_bart1
"we walk around. most dont. my area is decent for the most part and have never had problems, but I wouldn't let my family walk around without me. couple mile radius around L3 majors is the only area I'd live in. "
  • Somerandomcrazyperson
"Real Country living with minimal people around. Very peaceful and convent to everywhere. Not really a community but more country living. We really like it here."
  • Esonnen
"it’s not. i absolutely do not like this city whatsoever. 91 percent of people are druggies, neighbors are nosy and completely disrespectful, the houses are poorly insulated... i could go on. "
  • Barbara G.
"Great neighborhood. Walking distant to park and 9 hole golf course. Lamar Elementary School. Easy access to Interstate 30."
