        "My wife and I have lived here three times over the last ten years with work taking us away twice, we moved back again three years ago and bought a house. The area is very scenic with great parks and lakes, on the commute to work I am more concerned with squirrels, deer and quail than cars (slight exaggeration), traffic is light. No wild nightlife, so not a great area for young singles. "
