This is a great 3 bedroom, 2 story home in a quiet neighborhood, on a corner lot. It has a beautiful large, full porch for relaxing evenings. Downstairs you'll find an entry hall with open staircase, large living room, formal dining room, and big kitchen with a separate mud room leading out the back door. Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms and a nice sized bathroom. There is plenty of room for storage with a full walk up attic and a nice dry full basement. It has a partially fenced backyard with a detached 2 1/2 car garage in the back. Perfect for our snowy winters. All that and a security system. This is a very nice must see home!

    "It is almost impossible to get in and out of your driveway on Martin Road. If you ever need to park on the street you are doing so at a high risk of damage to your vehicle, I live very close to this listing and have experienced nothing but problems with the traffic this road brings since I moved into my home a couple of years ago. Also with the children walking by going to or leaving school, you are sure to find lots of garbage in your front yard left by them, if they do not destroy property in your front yard. consider this before purchasing on this road, there are many other homes available in this general area that are off this main road."
