Located on a quiet side street halfway between Mopac (Interstate 1) and Lamar Blvd, half a block N of 6th St. Clarksville is an older neighborhood of many bungalows and older estates with oak tree lined streets.
West Austin Park with lawns, green space, swimming pool, and playgrounds is about a block and a half up the street on 9th street, as well as LadyBird Lake and the hike/bike Trail another 3 blocks S from Whole Foods. Seven blocks straight down 6th gets you right onto Mopac (int 1), and 12 blocks the other way is the center of downtown.
