This unit is new construction and has just been updated with brand new laminate flooring. It is a very nice, quiet, and small complex and is conveniently located within a short drive from the airport and BMW. These don't come available often. Great neighbors. It is a downstairs apartment and I am looking for an individual who wants a quiet environment; no pets and no drama allowed. All appliances, washer/dryer is in the apartment although the photo does not show these appliances and garbage pick up provided.
This is a quiet community in a very convenient location near Walmart. The apartment is beautiful and looking for a responsible person who will take care of it. BEFORE YOU CONTACT ME PLEASE RESPOND to 1) How many would live there? 2) Where do you work & for how long? 3) do you have pets? 4) do you smoke cigarettes or other?
