About this House

This unit is new construction and has just been updated with brand new laminate flooring. The floors have never been walked on. You would be the first to experience the like-new unit.
It is a very nice, quiet, and small complex and is conveniently located near Walmart in Greer. These don't come available often. Great neighbors. It is a downstairs apartment and I am looking for an individual who wants a quiet environment; no pets and no drama allowed.
