About this House

Spacious House in a nice neighborhood. 4 bedrooms . 3 bathrooms. 3 brand new Toilets just installed. 3 new shower heads also just installed. 3 brand new temporary queen sized beds installed. one has a Memory foam mattress . The other two beds are inflateable. New curtains installed. I put some temporary folding tables and folding chairs there.. to make moving in more comfortable .. You can of course bring your own permanent furniture to replace the temporary setup. the Air conditioning works great.

month to month one month at a time into perpertuity. Either i the landlord can terminate the rental agreement ... if the tenant violates the terms of our contract .. or the tenant can terminate the agreement at any time providing they give 30 days written notice. Deposit is refundable if no damage to property upon exit. Its a Standard month to month contract.

    "My wife and I lived in Dogwood South for over 5 years and it was a great environment for families or a couple looking to downsize into a quite neighborhood. Most of our neighbors were working professionals with young children and access to the park and walking paths were very nice to have in the spring and fall. Our kids also LOVED going to the pool during the summer time with all the other kids!! "

Excellent location @ 10 min to Airline Ave shops via 220 or Riverwalk stores via East Texas Street. Home is not in a flood zone, during 2009 floods house was high and dry. French drains are installed in the yard and easily handle the excess water."
