    "awful..filled with drug dealers and users...kids are not looked after its sad...there is always trash no matter what you do there is gonna be a neighbor that doesn't care..What's worse almost all property owners are slum lords they dont care either. I've lived in 2 different areas of seffner and it's the same thing [10 years]..I'm out next year"
