MOVE IN COSTS: Once a lease has been signed, your Security Deposit will be due within 24 hours. At a minimum, your security deposit will be 1 month's rent but may be increased due to pets or results from your credit application. $150 Administrative Fee due from tenant prior to move-in. Lockbox fee of $100 due before move-in, refundable after lockbox returned.
Pet Details: Animals accepted on a case-by-case basis. Non-refundable pet fee is $500 upfront, plus $25 a month pet rent, per animal. This could change based on the animal and the property owner's discretion.

    "Spring Hill is a beautiful place to live and raise a family. It’s about 30 minutes south of Nashville. The people are down to earth and overall friendly. The seasons are neat: wildflowers cover the hills in the Spring, fireflies look like magic dancing in the grass in the Summer, the fall leaves and country pumpkin patches nearby make Fall wonderful, and Winter is, well, grey and wet. They completely shut everything down if it snows a couple inches. Winter isn’t my favorite, but it makes you really appreciate the Spring. There are also rivers and waterfalls that you can get to relatively easily, as well as some great shopping in nearby Franklin. There’s live music with really good musicians in so many restaurants. "
