This side of the house also holds one of the bedrooms with walk in closet and access to the hall bathroom with tub with shower above. Kitchen has large dining area and then access to the bonus room. This bonus room has sliding doors to both the front patio and another door giving access to the back garden area. From here you can access the master bedroom which has an en suite toilet and basin and a separate closet. This home is a fixer and owner will make no repairs. Ideal for fix up or redevelopment subject to permits. The lot is almost 1/2 acre - plenty of parking outside with room for an RV. Although this house was originally built in 1961 the home had a fire in 2010 and had new plumbing, roof, kitchen a/c etc.

Very bad experience here. My son, one of only a few colored kids at the school, would complain of teachers being rude. Only one teacher he really liked. She gave us hope. But we constantly faced challenges with the community as well. At one point, my son did not eat his lunch for a couple days for he said they told him there was no more silverware in the cafeteria. No one was welcoming, only cold shoulders and stares. Would not recommend going here if you are person of color. They do not treat you right. Actions speak LOUDER than words.

"This area is so beautiful. The golf course community is gated and off the beaten path. This is such an active area for the arts, golf, hiking and other outdoor adventures. The schools are well supported and lead the valley in performance. "

The golf course is amazing and with all of the arts and crafts in the area there is always something to do and see. The homes in the Rancho Manana development are nothing but luxury and blend beautifully into the mountains and golf course."

"Main street off Cave Creek pretty ratty (broken asphalt) and other streets super rough rock chip seal. Many overgrown trees and foliage in neighborhood. Spotty home quality as you head east and south. Some nice places nestled in with some not-so-nice (Steel buildings and old junky horse lots...) Whole area gives sense of "over grown" or "needing love.""
