- There is an application fee of $55 (or less depending on the state) per occupant aged 18 or older. Completed applications are considered on a "first-come, first-served" basis. There is a holding deposit of $250 per home, which is credited to the approved applicant's first month's rent after move-in, refunded if the application is denied, or forfeited if the move-in is canceled by an approved applicant. Approved applicants are required to execute a Lease Agreement and submit the full security deposit within 48 hours after approval of the Lease. That's why we require a one-time fee of $300 for each pet (except in CA, CO, OR, WA, and WI), and $44 per month pet rent ($35 in Colorado).
- Pricing displayed reflects the lowest option for a given lease term and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Actual pricing will vary based on the options selected. We may revise the pricing for products and services we offer without prior notice.

- A monthly Solar Fee will apply to certain homes equipped with a solar system; the fee varies by home. The energy generated by the solar systems can result in a credit to offset utility costs.

"This area is relatively safe. Neighbors are mostly friendly. Some exceptions. There are several parks and recreation centers nearby. Shopping and all critical services are available in the St Andrew’s area."
  • Trulia User
"None. Not a single event is held. There’s not a very welcoming sense of community here. People come home, go inside, that’s it. "
  • My Life Stomping Ground-STW
"How the schools in that district, schools that will advance their students education. Safety, sexual predators in that area. Drugs, murders, etc."

"Dog owners who enjoy walking their dogs in the late afternoon, early evenings (after getting home from work/eating dinner etc.), will be pleased to see and pass by SO many other dog lovers and owners, who are out for a stroll with their dog as well, throughout the neighborhood. Seven oaks park is just minutes away & within walking distance from Whitehall, so that’s a great place to take your dog for a good long walk to and from, and they enjoy the trails, woods and such, within the park, as a bonus!"
  • Maya S.
"Quite neighbor, safe place, large yards. you can walk to Walmart, also close to the mall and downtown "

  • Lalacoupe5
"Knowing that they are no dangerous dogs around or any perverts in the neighborhood. We need more sidewalks in my area and speed bumps on my street."
  • Fran C.
"It’s a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are very nice just moved to South Carolina recently. I like it a lot but it’s very dark after 8:30 and there are no street lights and I have to walk my dog very late at night"
  • Penny H.
"This is a mature neighborhood. Its very quiet with a good mix of families of all ages - some young couples, families with children, and retirees. The elementary school is a STEM magnet school. There is a wonderful park with walking trails, extensive sports fields, multiple really nice playgrounds for children of various ages, multiple picnic shelters. The park has a recreation center with a huge number of programs including something for everyone - Mommy and Me, Afterschool Safari and Summer Safari for school age children, a multitude of seasonal sports programs, a large exercise room, exercise classes, social programs, excursions, and lunches for seniors. The area is close to shopping, restaurants, and the interstate. but its also very quiet and peaceful. "
  • M L.
"Community center, Saluda shoals, and wild animals/nature makes this a great area to live in and have social activities. "
  • steffensen02
"I live in this neighborhood. I have 5 kids and 5 dogs. Real community with friendly neighbors and wonderful schools. The yards are large so we are not on top of one another yet close enough to be great neighbors. Many kids play outside everyday. In the evening you will see many people out walking their dogs. We are less than a mile from to seven oaks park. Here you will see everything from sporting events to cooking classes. They also offer a wonderful summer camp for kids. Within a 5 mile radius you can be in the heart of down town or swimming and boating at the beach. For military families, its a 22 minute commute to Fort Jackson."
  • Bzmom123
"Lived in this area for 7 years; loved it; great place to raise children; would buy in this area again if relocated back to Columbia. It's convenient to downtown Columbia and interstate as well as close to Lake Murray! You get a lot of house for your money too!"
