A large back room used as a laundry room and office area. 4 Car Attached Garage with an upstairs loft area above the first two. Porch/storage area in between garages and house. Utility shed out back. Electric Fireplace Heater will stay.. The first bay of the garage is electric and has a remote plus a keypad on the outside. It is an all electric home. The average winter month, using heat, bill is $200 - $300.. Overall great starter home or for someone who does any kind of work on vehicles.. Issues: The middle beam under the house is broke, we had someone look at it and it just needs jacked up and replaced, but we just n

    "My husband & i have lived here 4 years. We've had very little problems. The house is great. Most of our neighbors are social. They have looked out for us since we've lived here. The only problems are: we have no stores that are really close for those who have to walk or ride a bus. Although, we do have a nice carry out on Vine St. & Saint Johns. Also, there's a gas station close on Saint Johns that's convienant. There are 3 close schools. I feel safe in letting my grand kid play in the yard. Our neighborhood is safe & friendly. We can have cook outs & lots of fun. We sit by the fire at night in the summer & listen to music. Won't you be my neighbor?"
