There is a monthly $85 reimbursement due to landlord in addition to monthly rent for water, sewer, trash usage, lawncare, and pest control. Lease is 1 year. No smoking. Some pets may be considered for additonal monthly rent. Please inquire for specific details.

Maximum Occupancy for our rentals is generally the number of bedrooms plus 1. For example: A two bedroom apartment has a maximum occupancy of 3 people.

Monthly income needs to be approximately 3 times the monthly rent.

We will not combine income of two different applicants to meet this requirement, unless applicants are married or have been living together for 3 years.

Work history should be approximately 1 year. If you just started a new job, then we will look at work history of previous job. Some exceptions will be considered.

Pet fees are $35 per month for pets under 35 lbs, and 50 per month for pets between 35-50 lbs. We do not accept pitbulls under any circumstances due to property insurance restrictions.

    "My husband & i have lived here 4 years. We've had very little problems. The house is great. Most of our neighbors are social. They have looked out for us since we've lived here. The only problems are: we have no stores that are really close for those who have to walk or ride a bus. Although, we do have a nice carry out on Vine St. & Saint Johns. Also, there's a gas station close on Saint Johns that's convienant. There are 3 close schools. I feel safe in letting my grand kid play in the yard. Our neighborhood is safe & friendly. We can have cook outs & lots of fun. We sit by the fire at night in the summer & listen to music. Won't you be my neighbor?"
