"Very easy to take out to potty compared to other downtown living. Hardwood floors are a great plus as well"
  • Trulia User
"I live in the neighborhood, it's close to downtown, Baylor and I 35. Shopping and dining options are within walking distance. The neighborhood is very nice and friendly, mostly quiet at night. The only obstacles are the construction 🚧 sites in the area otherwise the area is very good and a great place to work, live, or to visit. "
  • Morgan E.
"We don’t have any community events that make our neighborhood special but we’ve tried to have potlucks before "
  • Ben C.
"Terrace Gardens is magic. Only live here if you’re community oriented and don’t mind a little noise every once and a while. If there’s ever any, it comes from St Francis Church or from The Backyard and the music travels up the hill."
  • Joe D.
"Great place even for a young family. Lots to do, but school district is less than ideal once they hit school age. You’d have to move. "
  • Aliciahaan
"It’s an old renovated high school. It’s unique and gives a big city vibe. We are close to live music on the weekends, good eats, a river and parks. "
