What's unique:Fully furnished
This has been an Air B&B for about 4 years and will now become a permanent rental although will consider a mid term to longer rental Air B&B. It's fully furnished. It used to be a stand alone house but is now attached to my office. It's right across the street from St. Francis church in downtown Houma. You will be able to park about 10 ft from the door.

Electricity fee shown includes electricity, water, gas, grass cutting. No smoking and no pets.
