Room Description

Private unfurnished bedroom with a private bath and a rare garage parking spot all for only $750 a month! Three minute walk to Carle Hospital, and about a six minute walk to the 22 Illini bus route, and next to Crystal Lake park. This is in a 3/2 house built in the early 2000s, with flooring updated to hardwood throughout.

The primary bedroom you'll be in is moderately sized with standard sized closest, and the shared areas are spacious. Includes a washer and dryer. There is extra space in the garage for storage. Stove is gas. Has A/C.

Does not include utilities, which are split equally and are about $75-$100/mo.

Deposit equal to one month rent required. If we current tenants decide we would be a good match for housemates, a one time $45 application fee to the property manager (JSJ) is required. Sublet fee will be waived!
Dates of lease: January 1, 2027 through June 30, 2027!

Your other housemates will be a (M) law student and (F) graduate student who are quiet and clean and who share a bathroom with each other. Ideally housemates will either be students, or working professionals. In your inquiry, please let us know your desired cleanliness and noise level.

About me - I'm a current medical student (F) who is looking to move out to my own place so that I can have guests like family stay with me instead of needing to rent a hotel.
