"The Quincy Studio" is a furnished basement studio suite in a 1950s Lannon Stone across from the beautiful Humboldt park. Perfect for a solo nurse or couple who want a furnished unit with a 6-7 month lease (Nov/Dec 2025 - May 2026) including all utilities and Wi-Fi.

The studio has a private entrance with a smart lock (private code) and is furnished with a Queen Helix bed, dresser/mirror, a sitting area with 2 couches and 55inch Roku Smart TV, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a deep spa tub. The kitchenette includes a sink, mini fridge, induction burner, air fryer, microwave, and coffee maker.

The house has a back patio and fenced backyard with slab for your use. Your lease comes with a free street parking pass for up to 2 cars, and one off-street spot is available for purchase.

The location in Bay View can't be beaten, right across from Humboldt park with the best seat in the house for "Chill on the Hill" music fest every Tuesday in summer. Bay View is a quiet and safe neighborhood south of downtown with the City's best brewery taprooms, creative local restaurants, and outdoor activities.

Security deposit due upon signing to reserve dates.
