Lease Duration: Month-to-Month Tenancy

Example: If you move in on the 15th, your rent is due on the 15th of every following month.
Utilities: ALL INCLUDED (Electricity, Water, Gas, High-Speed WiFi, Trash).
Security Deposit: $1,200 due in full prior to move-in. This is fully refundable within 21 days of lease termination, subject to deduction for any damages beyond normal wear and tear, unpaid rent, or necessary cleaning.
Initial Payment: To move in, tenant must pay First Month's Prorated Rent (if applicable) + Security Deposit ($1,200). (See Pro-Ration Explanation below).
Smoking Policy: STRICTLY PROHIBITED. No smoking, vaping, or use of any recreational smoke (including marijuana) is allowed inside the suite or anywhere on the property.
