About this House

3 Bedroom / 1 bathroom house with a brand new outdoor deck for rent. $1200 a month. Perfect for college students. Only a 5 minute walk to UF campus. Will be available August 1st, 2025. Leases are 1 year long with 1 month's rent as a security deposit. Dogs are allowed at landlord discretion. There is a $50 fee per dog, per month. College students applying will need a parent/guardian to cosign. Rent is due in full at the start of each month.

Leases are 1 year contracts. Rent is set at $1,200 a month. We require a one month deposit upon signing the lease. Tenants have the option to mow/shovel snow or pay $50 a month for the landlords take care of it. Water and trash is included in the rent. Electric, gas, and wifi are on the tenant. Dogs are allowed at Landlords discretion.

    "The Monroe Ave. area has a lot of crime. it is not safe and the cops are always in the neighborhood. there's also a trailer park at the end of Monroe that has a ton of overdoses. i wish i would've done more research on this neighborhood before moving me and my kids to this street. "

I have learned that most of the older crowd that live in this neighborhood care more about how our street looks and they tend to keep our community nice and neat. While the other renters younger crowd tend to try and ruin and mess up our neighborhood. they tend to get the cops called on them more. so we stick to ourselves usually. its not that bad of a community though. "

    "Good restaurants and great neighborhoods. Good parks to go to. Great for walking your dogs or just staying in shape. Findlay used to be the fastest growing city in the United States. Teachers that work in the Findlay city area are polite and understanding. Great "
