This is a historic 1906 brick building comprised of 4 separate units; two 1-bedroom apartments and two 2-bedroom apartments. There is a common area in the basement that all tenants have access to. In the basement - there are 2 high-end washers and dryers that are free for tenant use. Also located in the basement are individual large storage units with approximately 45 square feet of storage space. Water is included in the monthly rent. All units have been updated with a modern electrical panel. There is street parking available and is usually not hard to find a spot within the block.
Unfortunately, there is a no cats or dogs pet policy.
