Corner lot on cul-de-sac with two car garage and plenty of wrap-around on-street parking. Expansive Master Bedroom is en suite, can support a sitting area, and includes large walk-in closet and attached Water Closet with comfort height toilet. Powder Room includes pedestal sink, mirror, and toilet. Tiled Shower features two shower heads and a built in bench, while the bath tub sports jacuzzi jets and a tile surround with large frosted window allowing for plenty of natural light. Master Bath also features two vanities, each with a sink and mirror; one features a make-up station. Utility Room features utility sink, washer and dryer hook-ups, a folding counter, and four overhead cabinets above sink and washer/dryer area. Kitchen features glass-tile backsplash, four burner hob with pot filler faucet, and stainless steel range hood. Dinette area off kitchen is next to large window which looks out on backyard. Kitchen has granite counter tops with a granite bar that is open to the Great Room (space for 60” TV over fireplace). I would describe my commute as fair compared to living in Portsmouth or Norfolk or Virginia Beacb. My commute is anywhere from 5 minutes to 35 minutes from my place of residence. I hope next year it is bigger with more information on what our city has to offer. I miss the pow wows the park had. it is a good reminder of the Native American heritage. "
