Main level includes 750 square feet of finished living space with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and living room, all of which have recently been updated. Kitchen will have stainless steal oven and refrigerator. Basement includes plenty of storage space in unfinished area, 1 car garage, a bonus finished room that could be used as an office (wardrobe included), and a second toilet and vanity.

Dishwasher, range/oven, and fridge included. Washer and dryer hookups available in the unit's basement.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn care
Rent is $1,300 with a $1,300 deposit for an annual lease.
Property will be available for move in September 21.

Minimum approval requirements are:
 Verified income must be at least 3 times greater than the monthly rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered
 Applicants must receive positive references from previous landlords
A minimum credit score of 650 will be required and a clean background check.
Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom

No smoking allowed anywhere on the property.
Pets under 30lbs are allowed with a $350 nonrefundable deposit and a $25/month pet fee. Limit of max two pets. Fees disclosed are per pet.
