"There’s nothing to know....this is the Forest Park/CWE/Delmar Loop area. Not a whole lot of “families” that live over here....mostly thriving couples and “well-off” elderly folks live around here, Wash U/SLU college students. There’s no room for kids in this neighborhood....not a whole bunch of “Suzy Home Makers” in this area."
