Description

At McCall Homes, our mission is to Empower People and Build Community. We create affordable homes in vibrant neighborhoods where you can truly love where you live, know your neighbors, and thrive in your ideal floor plan. We believe your new home is not only a place to live, it's the backdrop for your life's most treasured moments.
Your journey to finding the ideal home begins with a vision. At McCall Homes, we turn your vision into reality. It all started in Billings, Montana with our first neighborhood, Josephine Crossing and now Annafeld where dreams of communities with neighbors on front porches saying hello, local shops, trails, parks and a floor plan for everyone came to life. Today, that vision continues as we expand to other areas of Montana, such as Mountain View Meadows in Helena and beyond, bringing you affordable housing that combines character, energy efficiency, and thoughtful personalized design.
Step into a home where over 25 years of expert craftsmanship meets timeless charm, and experience a stress-free, exciting design process guided by our dedicated team to personalize each aspect of your home, reflecting your unique taste and needs. Each McCall home is a testament to quality and character, built to endure and radiate style.
Our homes feature inviting front porches or pocket parks for relaxation, safe walkways, and parks that foster connections. We've left behind suburban sprawl to create neighborhoods on a human scale, inspired by the way people live. Streets are intentionally narrow to slow traffic, with shorter crossings at intersections for better pedestrian visibility, and boulevard sidewalks that create a safe distance for walkers from the road. By relegating garages to the back of the house, we emphasize a walkable community-friendly design, ensuring a safer environment for your family.
Find peace of mind in a building process that prioritizes your health and comfort. By using top-quality materials that not only enhance your liv...

"You’ll need a car to get around, especially from any county properties. There is a bus system but it doesn’t run to all parts of town. "
  • Trulia User
"Event center/fairgrounds 1 mile away. Concerts, sports, fireworks viewing. New brewery/coffee shop hosts many events and food trucks. "
  • Cindy Burns
"My neighbors are the best I’ve ever had. The neighborhood is safe and we all look after each other. The streets are well lit. "
  • Hayden Brown
"They would fit in without a doubt. Lots of streets to walk too. Dogs are awesome and they rule! I do not have a dog I have cats though."

"These neighborhoods have large yards and fenced yards. Great neighbors. feels ver safe. love the walking paths"
  • Krista B.
"The Central-Terry neighborhood does not meld with the Clark neighborhood where you will find historical homes and the community gathering for notable trick or treating during Halloween. The reviews you show for the Central-Terry neighborhoods are misleading. However, this area does provide solid value and consistent marketability. "
  • Trulia User
"It’s a nice place and the neighbors stay to themselves Other than that it’s an older area close to downtown and access to the other parts of town is good"

  • Trulia User

  • Jerryoppat
"we are a close community and we have neighbors that are wonderful and caring and also there is very little crime around here"
  • Ruhi
"We are a beloved part of town where year-after-year people come from all over town to bring their kids trick-or-treating."
  • Jill R.
"I’ve lived here for about 3 years. It’s not the type of neighborhood where kids are playing in the front yard (decent amount of thru traffic), but it’s still very family friendly. Neighbors are neighborly but not overbearing. Location is unbeatable. Central to everything, Amazing park a block away, downtown restaurants and breweries are walkable if you like walking :). I like that the homes and people aren’t cookie cutter- a fair amount of diversity (relative to Montana) and very safe feeling. Grateful to live here. "
  • Reslus42
"I am 4 miles and 9 to 11 minutes from work. There are many convenient stops along the way—grocery hardware drug store and gas stations. We love our neighborhood and location. "
  • Ruhiyyiht
"We have hundreds of trick-or-treaters come to our street from all over town for Halloween, and it feels like a good neighborhood from which to walk or ride bikes downtown. My husband and I love our self powered outside commutes"
  • Taylorv591
"Being around the right people creates a good community. It’s great for taking walks and getting out in nature. "
  • Reslus42
"Dog owners are welcome in the neighborhood. Most dog owners leash their dogs and clean up after them. Great for walking and welcomed. "
  • Reslus42
"It is 9 minutes and 4 miles from my house. I pass by several retail eating spots, a super market, 2 drug stores and 4 gas stations. Easy to and from before and after regular business hours. "
  • Reslus42
"St. John’s summer concerts. The local park has several bike trails. There are schools that are in close proximity and play ground equipment for the kids. "
  • Jill R.
"It’s a great neighborhood, lots of families and tons to do nearby. That said, it’s a back yard kind of neighborhood: you don’t see a whole lot of hound children free ranging out front... a little bit too much through traffic. Love living here though."
  • Kellyklan8
" billings is a fairly easy place to get around. it is frustrating to have all the major shopping on one end of town. I live on the far east side and all the big stores are on the westend my daily commute is nice very little traffic. "
  • Novapup6308
"lots of fun things to do for any age children. from parks to arcades. "
  • Roger K.
"I’m new to Billings from colorful Colorado and thus far it’s been a pleasant second home and I am planning on building a new life and family and hoping to do so here."
  • Ashley R.
"We have neighborhood block parties, as well as a neighborhood garage sale, and Easter egg hunt. We also have a neighborhood watch group. "
  • Nick T.
"my neighborhood has low to moderate traffic depending on the time of day. In the winter snow removal is adequate. "
  • Hope S.
"my home where I rent is a good place for school distance and shopping near! it is very nice and we'll kept"
  • Jahalvor
"there are maybe 1 or 2 decent streets in this neighborhood, and they are right around the ballpark on 27th. the further you go away from 27th, the worse it gets. shooting and stabbings arent an uncommon occurrence."
  • Pskoltiska1
"Too far to drive with heavy traffic. Some days it takes 30 minutes and its only 9 miles away. It should take 15 minutes at most. It’s worse in the winter! "
