    "Parents have had a house on this lake for over 30 years. It is one of the cleanest lakes in the area and is big enough and deep enough for many water activities including speed boating, excellent swimming- with very limited weeds, and fishing. The area has changed exponentially in the past 2 to 3 decades as new owners and much more money has flooded the area. This is primarily because of the excellent condition of the lake. There are many families that have owned property here for generations and there is a wonderful "community" feel here. The one draw back to all the new owners and changes is that many do not understand that the reason the lake is so clean and free of weeds and mucky areas is because of the devotion of its previous tenants to keeping litter and trash from the lake. So, please keep this in mind if you do buy property in this area! I think that this lake is really great: an excellant place to vacation with your kids or just hang out with friends! One final note: I would not recommend living here all year round only because the roads can be horrible in the winter and depending on what side of the lake you chose to move, may only have limited plowing service. ( I have spent many winter days and nights there so I'm speaking from experience!)"
