We have ordered new windows for the front room and kitchen and will be installed shortly. This unit has a fenced yard and is pet friendly to 2 small pets (2 small dogs 10lb or 2 cats) OR 1 medium dog (max 40lbs) with a separate pet deposit of $300 per animal. HUD accepted

At the time of the lease signing we require the security deposit, first month's rent, and pet deposit (if applicable). Owner pays water, sewer, garbage. Tenant is responsible for Electric and Internet (if desired). Smoking is only permitted outside of the building.
