2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI was a part of the class of 2025, and I did enjoy my time here, for the most part. Academically I did feel like teachers cared about what grades I was getting in the class, specifically the ASL teacher there, she's a godsend. Aside from that, though, there have been instances of the building structurally just being a mess. Reviews previously have noted that there was a roach issue, and there still was one when I went there. Specifically in the locker rooms, there would be dead and live roaches everywhere. The school really doesn't seem to distribute funds evenly, as the arts department (where I spent most of my time) typically relied on student fundraisers and donations from the families, while brand new TVs were installed in the halls. Any club, really, relied on student fundraisers and donations. One thing I really liked about the school, though, is how it welcomes diversity. The multicultural club is a really underrated club! While most of the downsides from my high school experience was social, the school really wasn't THAT bad. Just a tad bit small for the amount of students there (I felt like I was trudging through mud in the halls to get to class) cause you kind of have to be ruthless on squeezing your way into the hall or else you're just never going to get to your class on time. Also note that at random times on random days there are things called "Hall sweeps" where any student who is still in the hallway without a pass after the bell has rung first gets a warning, then any other time found gets a detention, which is good to make sure that students are getting to class and not lingering, but again, the amount of people in such a small hallway makes it difficult to navigate.Other Review2mo ago10 Reviews - Pine Hill Middle School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIf I could give negative stars I would. This school is absolutely the worst. They ate horrible. They care nothing about child safety. They are not trying to make a positive experience for children. If you have a special needs child They are not equipped to handle them. Regardless of countless times of contacting them about billing and harassment nothing is done. 100% would not recommend!!!!!Parent Review2y ago9 Reviews - John Glenn Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageJohn Glenn School is what keeps me in Pine Hill...The staff goes above and beyond..my oldest attended another local district and it is truly night and day. The way they encourage family /school activities is great.Parent Review12y ago4 Reviews - Check out schools near 600 Berlin Rd.

"The majority of the dogs are friendly and get along with other pups. The owners pick up after them.."

"If we have any events, we don’t hear about them. Our house is on the edge of our neighborhood on a busy street so it is avoided asa place to hang out .no children on our street either,so it stays pretty quiet.maybe it will help if they put in sidewalks this spring. "

"The pike is awful during the week from 7am -9am and 3pm -6pm lots of traffic , hard to pull in and out , very loud, fenced yard mandatory if you have pets. Fleas in the area kill cats. But with the grave yard across the street it is quiet at night. "

"They would love it here. Lots of dogs here, but not a lot of barking. Considerate people. Peaceful here and many nice areas to walk your dog."

"We live on a busy street so we do not get foot traffic. No dog walkers because of that. When my dogs get out of my yard all my neighbors are out there looking and catching them just because they love dogs. even around the block and two streets over, everyone are dogs lovers. No barking in my neighborhood either. Very quiet that way."
