Where: Haiku, right across from Twin Falls. It's a serene, jungle setting surrounded with banana & coconut trees. The property is just off Hana Hwy. Quiet, peaceful, 4 minutes away from Jaws Cafe, 10-15 minutes away from downtown Haiku, 15-20 minutes to Ho'okipa beach & downtown Paia, 30 minutes to the airport.

Rent: 2750/month, including all utilities except internet. Deposit: $2750 (additional pet deposit depending on pet)
Pets will be considered on a pet by pet basis.

We have a beautiful outdoor garden space.

Additional: The ideal occupants would be non-smoking, respectful of the land, and on the quieter side (not a rowdy party animal).

Applicant must be willing to provide references, proof of income/savings, and credit history. Non-smoking. Two vehicles parking max.
