  • Trulia User
"lots of space not much foot traffic on side streets kids at school park all the time very sketchy on Dewey though"
  • Trulia User
"The Parkways is solid, and provides a lot of active conversation and comraderie. While Dewey Ave. leaves a lot to be desired, Seneca Pkwy is a solid place to inhabit"
  • Trulia User
"Beautiful historic neighborhood. Take lots of walks here. But it is close to the bad element, so keep an eye on your children."
  • Samaria C.
"The history of these old house around Kodak center. The house structure are very unique and gives a pleasant vibe everytime I drive through. The parks are very nice and very quiet area lots of sceneries "
  • Hermancito190313
"Not a lot of community events, friendly neighbors but not activities, clean area and safe for kids, my kids loves it "
  • Keithhendrix2k6
"It’s quiet for the most part but I actually don’t like the Apt I live in. Neighbors are quite noisy and animals are not a nuisance. "
  • Courtney C. D.
"Great number of dogs in the area. People walk often with their dogs. Houses are close together so people will get annoyed at excessive barking. "
  • Kiara S.
"Beautiful quite area everyone is respectful nice parks and big houses I’ve lived here over 22 years and in the same neighborhood for 10 live it here "
  • Stephanie
"You see people walking dogs often. (Always on a leash.) Many large dogs in this area, some of which are very friendly."
  • Trulia User
"We have a neighborhood watch and there are nearby eatery’s and the Maplewood rose garden and the YMCA"
  • Nicholas R.
"The yards are considerably small and very close to other houses. But lots of sidewalks nearly on every street. "
  • Rachel R. W.
"The closer you live to Greece the nicer the neighborhoods gets. So I would say Ridgeway Ave and beyond. But if you living closer to Driving Park it sucks. "
  • M.Y.C.
"gun shoot in the evening or early morning and guys trying to hold up up in the night and drug dealers all around. 7 TO 8 YEARS AGO THIS AREA WAS GREAT AND SAFE AND NICE NOT ANY MORE."
  • Chris A.
"I drive, however, I know that public transport is easily accessible and right down the road. The main road are busy doing normal traffic hours however."
  • Misaelyanaidamoreterno
"Very friendly neighbors. A peaceful and quiet community. Where kids play with no issue. You can walk thru sidewalks safe and without worrys."
  • Jessica B.
"Great Parks Stores and busses run all the time. It makes such a difference when you know and see the same people all the time. My kids Love it and so Do I. Kids and animals always walk past us. Beene loving here for 3 1/2 years "
  • Morge
"There are good and bad parts of this neighborhood. Check out where you are interested in more then once because your neighbors can also set the tone. I have lived here 20 years and growing up from a child to an adult here I have seen so many changes."
  • Hermancito190313
"I had been living here for more than a year and we love this neighborhood, our plan is stay here for a long time "
  • Private Enigma
"Velox Street has declined greatly over the past five years. If you purchase a home on this street, do not expect it to appreciate in value as it is not a desirable street to live on. Parents do not discipline their children, who run the neighborhood out of control. Dogs bark for hours on end and much trash blows around."
  • Lasay J.
"It's a really loud neighborhood especially in the summer time, with neighbors playing loud music you can hear from all across the street. "
  • jlok
"This is nice. It’s really a great neighborhood but I would not live it if I had a choice. There’s too many trees and mailboxes in not a big fan of it "
  • Maria
"I commute to the east side . So it’s very easy to get on 104 to 590 then 490E. I think it would be harder to get further west because of the heavy traffic on w.ridge and lake ave "
  • Lasay J.
"They might not like that there's not really much to go places. But when the dogs bark constantly all night it's annoying. "
  • Jlbreedy
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for the past 15 years, and have seen it blossom into a great place to raise a family. "
  • Jking001234
" the bus line is not far . close to Kodak. gas station pharmacys and restaurants each block is different"
  • Zbuglet
"Neighbors are nice. Quiet area. Beautiful homes. Right on the bus line and near Maplewood rose garden. "
