Its a 5 Star gated community with ammenities such as Basketball court, Playground, Pool, Clubhouse, Gym, Management office, Additional parking, and a monthly list of community events. Their is not any property taxes on the home however you do have to pay for the tags which ranges from $45 to $50 per year.
