About this House

Winter rental only! Available from October 1 through mid-May! This is a summer season vacation property with summer of 2027 reservations already confirmed. No option to extend the winter lease beyond mid-May 2027. Off-street parking for two vehicles with fenced rear yard. Front screened porch and rear yard fire pit. On site washer and dryer.

This is a winter rental only. In person house tour not available while guests are there. Contact owner for tour availability. The house is available Oct 1 until May 15, 2026 only. This house is utilized as an Airbnb Summer rental property. Reservations are already confirmed for Summer 2027. There is no option to extend the winter lease beyond May 15, 2027. WiFi service is included in monthly rent. Electricity costs are responsibility of tenant. No smoking inside the home and no cats inside the home. Both exclusions are specifically mentioned due to potential Airbnb guest allergies.

"Started in the 60’s long before subdivisions and sewers came in. Sadly the mobile homes have gone they way of chicken houses. Now there are 2-3 story town houses replacing them. Can’t beat the privacy and view. Happy to have lived here for over 50 years before the great influx!"

"I lived here for 10 years love the area and all the daily shopping needs are close plus great neighbors and lots of kids for my kids to play with close to Rehoboth any of good not find a more central place to live at the beach which is 2.5 miles away."

"We looked all around the DE beach area for a nice conventional home in a marina community, important for our boat useage. We wanted something upscale, quiet, and close to the amenities, without any significant crime worries. We found all that in Whites Creek Manor, and were fortunate to find an available house. We have a boat slip with a lift a very short walk away, with an easy run up the creek into Indian River Bay. We can easily ride our bike to the beach, which eliminates beach parking issues. The supermarkets are very close. The community pool is well run. The population is mostly "life experienced", few kids that are not grandkids, but that is fine for us, our youngest finished college a year ago. They can enjoy nearby Dewey or OC's night life when they visit. Taxes are incredibly low compared to where we lived previously. Utilities are a bit more, but the low taxes more than offset that. We love walking around the neighborhood, everyone is friendly, and takes good care of their homes. If you are this type of person, you would love it here. "
