Currently rented at $1550/month with lease due in July 2024 and everything was refreshed then with paint, floors, light fixtures, hvac, etc when they moved in. Every time it’s been rented tenants have stayed 5+ years. The schools are highly sought after and the location is super convenient to everything.

New paint and New HVAC (electric ac and gas heat both replaced and upgraded as well as the lines) with warranty and smart thermostat. New lvp floors in bathroom and kitchen. New dishwasher. Nice engineered bamboo floors (sturdy and durable). Garage is insulated and has peg boards as well as an upper storage area (about 40% the dept of the garage). Floors are painted. You could still park inside.

Largest lot in the Foxboro neighborhoods by a decent amount (mostly trees and wood not a lot of grass in the back) and large Thuga Green trees for privacy and quiet. Small creek at the back end of the lot. Has large THICK concrete patio in the back with an additional large thick concrete BBQ pad (about the size of a 1 car garage). Rear screened in porch and front porch.

My dad and I have owned this property since 2002. SCEG gas, MCEC Electric, city of Columbia water and sewer. att verse and Carolina connect available as well as spectrum.

Reason for sale is I’ve moved out of state and would like to purchase something where I live.

    "Traffic can be congested at 6-8:30 am and 4-7:00pm otherwise it’s not so bad on the cross street.But exiting my home unto the Main Street Kennerly Rd can be downright dangerous !!!! You do have the convience of two grocers and 2 pharmacies near,3 gas stations within 1/2-2miles distance Fatz restaurant,Lil Caesars Pizza, and a local restaurant Swamp Fox,yes it’s a somewhat quaint little neighborhood !!!"

    "The Irmo area is a unique southern small town in the heart of SC. When first developed it was a quiet family based neighborhood with no worries but to the unfortunate tear down of projects and over population of homeless people being pushed outward from downtown Columbia, it’s slowly deteriorating. It is still one of the better neighborhoods to reside in for now. I can’t speak for the next 5 to 10 years. Irmo police does a great job deterring problematic groups. "
