About this House

Year Round Rental - Sandwich - Cape Cod!

This Cape Style home is set on quiet lot on a cul-de-sac, with great neighbors and similar well kept homes. The layout in the house is terrific with a good sized kitchen & eat in area (that's also been used as a tv area), a formal dining room, a large living room, a half bathroom with laundry, a partially finished basement & 3 good sized bedrooms and a full bathroom on the 2nd floor.

In the process of updating the house for our next tenants. Our builder is installing a New Kitchen - new shaker style, white kitchen cabinets, fresh paint, all new LG stainless appliances - refridgerator, stove, & dishwasher. New granite! All the pine floors on the 1st. floor are scheduled to be refinished before Oct. 1st.

Also updating both bathrooms new toilets, vanity on the 1st. floor, new fixtures. New LG combination washer & dryer on the 1st. floor - fresh paint.

All the ceilings and walls in the house are scheduled to be painted & the 2nd floor bathroom has been updated with new fixtures and shower valve.

2nd floor - there are 3 light and bright bedrooms with hardwood floors. All the bedrooms have extra large closets, with the main bedroom being the largest and having a double closet!

The basement has a large room that's finished with luxury vinyl flooring, sheet rock walls and distrested wood wainscoting - that would make a great office, playroom or TV area.

Thus far I've had 29 people inquire - almost no one applies - I would encourage you to apply as we require credit check, backgroud check, strong verified income, good references and rental history. A year round lease is required - along with 1st. months rent and security deposit of the same amount.

We've been landlords for 25 years and we like long term situations & look for people that are going to care about the property as we care about our tenants.
