Come stay at our home nestled between Bidwell Park and a private neighborhood lake! We are on a cul-de-sac which ends in a neighborhood lake. You can catch and release (mainly bass) or enjoy a peaceful walk around the lake on the gravel path. There is also a kid's park along the path less than a five minute walk from the home. Across the main street there is a bike path that winds around to multiple Bidwell Park entrances (15 minute bike ride).
Laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.
The Kitchen and Living Room
Updated kitchen w/soft close drawers, granite counter tops, subway tile backsplash and under cabinet lighting. Large island w/eating bar and attractive pendant lighting. Piano in the dining room. TV with apps (if you have subscriptions). There is also a large collection of DVDs.
The Office (Bedroom #1)
King bed, standard closet, dresser, TV and a desk.
Hall Bathroom
Duel sink and tub/shower combo.
Star Play Room (Bedroom #2)
Queen size bed with overhead lamps and drawers for storage underneath. Custom barn door made from ghost pine. Bookshelf with lots of titles for you to peruse. The stars on the wall and ceiling mimic the summer night sky in directionality. Come star gaze and see if you can find the summer triangle (Altair, Deneb and Vega), Cassiopeia, the little dipper, Polaris (North Star) and Scorpio (complete with Antares knows as the heart of the scorpion).
Master Bedroom (The Study)
King bed, en suite bathroom, walk in closet, patio access and TV.
Master Bath (Octopus Garden)
Duel sink, stand up shower and jetted bathtub.
The Backyard
Covered patio with seating for four and fire pit table. Beautiful mature sugar plum trees and lots of tranquil plants. Seasonal day bed (we bring it in during the rainy season) and turtle bench lounging area. Sandbox on the side yard.
Application Requirements: All applicants must have a credit score of 680 or higher. Combined household income must be at least 2.5x the monthly rent. No eviction/tenancy left owing money. All tenants over 18 must pass a criminal background check and have positive rental verification references. Renter responsible for all utilities. No smoking or pets allowed. There is a $2700 security deposit due along with first month's rent at time of signing.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
Lease term is negotiable ranging from a 3 month to one year duration. Renewal can be discussed at the end of the lease. Renter's insurance is required.
