Room Description

(Rent by the room) Large 4 bedroom 4 bathroom house! I'm planning on renting 2-3 of the rooms out. The house is split-level, with two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. Some of the paint colors are creative, so if you'd like a new color for the walls that's definitely an option. Whoever reaches out first can have their pick of room and/ or garage space

Lease is ideally approximately a year-long lease, but with enough heads up, I can be flexible if we find someone else to move in. No smoking and pets are on a case-by-case basis :)

I will be living in one of the rooms. I work at the Air Force base, have no pets, and I like playing pickleball and traveling in my free time
