Description

Hard to find manufactured home in Saco that's close to Old Orchard Beach set on it's OWN LAND with city services. Cute, affordable home in a fantastic neighborhood that is quiet yet only a quarter mile to Route One and shopping, restaurants and the Maine Turnpike on ramp. Only 12 minutes to the Main Mall and 20 minutes to Portland and the airport.

Great alternative to a mobile home park. No high park rent or park rules. Have pets? No problem! Want to build a fence? No problem! Want to rent your place? No Problem!

All appliances included. Stove, fridge, kitchen exhaust fan, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and 3 window air conditioners. (Only need them once in awhile but nice to have when you need them) Equipped with a newer energy efficient propane furnace that heats the place up FAST!

Would also work great for someone who would like to rent the property...year round or weekly summer rentals or AIR B&B. Mobile home parks will not normally allow rentals.

Great too for snowbirds looking for an inexpensive summer home close to the beach in Maine!

This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
