The movable kitchen island and all appliances are included. 100 x 200' lot; $5,000 fence installed in 2013. Two car garage and dual entry drive. Electrical box updated in 2012. Central air and gas heat. Washer and dryer included and currently located in the basement however, there is a hookup in the first floor walk-in closet adjacent to the second bedroom.
