The office building is situated in downtown Mount Vernon, only 15 miles from downtown Manhattan. In addition, the property is located within two and a half blocks from the Mount Vernon East Metro North Train station. The Westchester area has undergone major changes over the last 25 years. Mainly known as a residential location for those working in Manhattan, the area has transformed into a dominant employment center as major corporations have relocated to Westchester County.
