The current tenant will sell the washer, dryer for $200 and lawnmower for $75 if the new tenant is interested. They work great - pictures in listing.

Pictures reflected with different views showing with and without prior tenants furniture. Currently the apartment has a custom interior color paint plan. I plan to repaint to an off white or beige unless the new tenant likes the current colors.

I will gladly show the apartment to you before the tenant is out if you can envision it cleaned and painted. I do have a video I can send upon request because I am unable to attach it in the listing.
