For commuters, Springbrook is conveniently located within quick proximity to the area's major road's (RT 78, RT 95 and RT 3).

Downtown Westerly and the Amtrack Train Station are less than five minute ride. Westerly's famous Misquamicut beaches are only about 10 to 15 minute ride and the same holds true for Watch Hill.
