If you would rather just relax with a cold beverage on the patio I cannot think of many better spots other than right in your own backyard! Take in the sunset and then head Inside where there are many updates and the whole unit has been pretty much transformed in the last 12 ish years. New Hvac, added spray foam insulation, newer windows, beautiful hardwood floors with spaces that flow seamlessly together. 3 bedrooms up with an awesome private suite and of course it overlooks the lake from every window in the room.
