"We have a lot of nature preserves and fishing spots! Great for kayaking and boating. A lot land and space."
    • Gabriel Allit
"In Gibsonton, the HOA community is a paradoxical blend of fervor and misdirection. They obsess over the minutiae, meticulously scrutinizing grass length and mailbox uniformity while neglecting crucial community issues. Instead of fostering unity, they breed resentment with their zealous enforcement of arbitrary rules. Residents tiptoe around, fearing reprimand for inconsequential matters, while genuine concerns like infrastructure maintenance and safety fall by the wayside. It's a microcosm of misplaced priorities, where conformity reigns supreme over community well-being. In this overzealous landscape, the spirit of cooperation is suffocated by a suffocating blanket of triviality."
    • Stephanie P.
"I grew up in this neighborhood. its quiet and I good memories all on parts of the city. I wish it had more store or a fast food restaurant though"
    • Carlos M.
"I just moved to the area, but I like it so far. Close to everything. Good restaurants, movies, parks and Walmart 5 minutes away."
    • Shari K.
"Too many drugs and drug addicts in gibsonton and you can't even go to the store without someone asking or begging for money"
    • Misty W.
"Too many wild cats! Something needs to be done about the cat population. They’re out of control. Cats cats cats"
    • Roseroxx
"It’s a 15 minute drive to most place that I frequent. Close to all shopping. 20 to 25 minutes to South Tampa. "
    • Carmen N.
"Is a quiet neighborhood I feel safe, is ok there is a lot of new construction going on. That is why the commute is a little slow sometimes "
    • Ashley Whitaker
"Ive lived here for three years and its becoming a great community they are building gibsonton up from new communities to new attractions for shopping ."
    • Jennifer T.
"Traffic in the area is rough. There is not enough lanes to accommodate the flow of traffic and they are putting up too many new developments. Traffic is a complete nightmare during rush hour. A drive that use to take 20 minutes to downtown has turned into an hour long commute. The county needs to widen the roads and slow down on development because the roads cannot accommodate the traffic flow."
    • Linton H.
"We don’t have any neighborhood events, recently moved so I do t really know the area as well as I would like to, but the neighborhood is quite and festive around the holidays."
    • Green
"was cycling and got hit at 60 mph in a 45mph zone by a vision teacher Ryan Cuson and he did not have proper insurance and now I'm disabled. this town has a bad meth problem"
    • Angie Q.
"This neighborhood is very family friendly. The restaurants and stores are very close and the schools are within walking distance. Most people go the speed limit and are very cautious for kids and most of the neighbors are very nice to everyone. "
    • iffy1
"Commuting is a nightmare. There aren’t enough roads and exit and entrance ramps. ......... To many new houses it’s very congested. "
    • Terri S.
"Dog friendly walking space. All neighbors follow leash laws and clean up after their pets. Most are courteous about stepping aside with dogs in sidewalk."
    • Julie H.
"I just moved here but I like my neighborhood and people seem friendly. The area is quiet and things seem very relaxed."
    • Anika C.
"We’ve lived here only a few months and have virtually no complaints. The vermin are a bit big but aren’t really a problem. "
    • Rizvibiz
"Quiet no traffic stores in the area. Hospital close by . Weather is good and community. city is developing fast."
