Fiber Wi-Fi, electric, gas, water and sewer, if used within reason, are included. The year around driveway maintenance is included. This does include driveway plowing and graveling as needed during the winter. An All Wheel Drive (AWD) or comparable vehicle is recommended. his is as the one mile long driveway has two 10% grade hills on it.
Single car garage is well insulated and full of natural and overhead lighting. It would be great for parking, storage or shop related activities. Additional outside parking on gravel outside the garage is avalible.
Located 5 miles South of Eureka Montana at the end of a well maintained private gravel road with U.S.F.S. on three sides. It is about 100 yards from one lake and within a half mile walk, through the forest on deer trails, to more lakes. Also we have a USFS road end at this property. So, there are plenty of easy bicycling and Forest Service road walking opportunities. It generally takes about fifteen minutes to drive to the market in town.
There is a strict no smoking policy on our property. We will consider a small dog (up to 25 pounds). There are others on the property. Main house, on neighboring property, may hosts up to one or two weekend weddings a year. This property is located in a wildlife area, so, we will require noise to be kept within reason.
There is a no tolerance no smoking on our property. A small dog, under 25 pounds, may be considered. A pet meet and greet would be required for acceptance.
We will require a full Interview, application, credit check, background to insure a good fit for this property. We prefer a one year lease. Please contact us for details.
