    " It's a great neighborhood with a mix of young and older families, very safe, friendly, well kept and nearby to everything you could want as far as shopping and dining. It is not a cookie cutter subdivision and has mature trees and landscaping. A lot of families are original or long time owners and that tells you why. Love to come home here."
