About this House

Freshly updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with new floors, light fixtues and exterior and interior paint throughout. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood with a large backyard and a covered patio. It is close to shopping, resturants, and schools (walking distance to Bishop Kelley High School) with easy access from Broken Arrow Expressway & I-44. 3.5 miles from Fairgrounds, 8 miles from Tulsa International Airport, and 6.5 miles from downtown Tulsa.

Minimum of 1 year lease with $1,000 deposit. Renter pays all utilities and is responsible for mowing, yard up keep, etc. This a non smoking property, renters are not allowed to smoke in the home. Small dogs will be considered. I'm a flexible and open to disussion regarding deposit, monthly rent, pets, etc. I just want this house to be rented by someone looking for a good home in a quiet area and who will take care of it.
