"I’ve lived in Water’s Edge for three years now and love it!! This upscale subdivision has beautiful large homes, great amenities - pools, tennis/basketball courts, parks, a large lake, walking trails etc…… it’s very quiet as well. Only thing I’d suggest is private schools. But that’s how Georgia is regardless of location. "
  • Trulia User
"traffic is not horrible. pretty easy to get back and forth to work and shop. There are almost never any big delays. "
  • Trulia User
"The subdivision is a dog friendly neighborhood. However they need to be walked on a leash. Neighbors are respectful. "

  • Telka L.
"It seems as though only small dogs are allowed in the area from my observations. I often see neighbors walking their dogs. There are no designated dog or pet areas (like say dog parks) that I know of but, dogs that don't require a lot backyard space or strenuous exercise should fare well here. "
  • Marcus
"That ppl with dogs always have their dog leashed. No lose dogs. Ppl respect the neighborhood. And their neighbor "
  • Bigblackpanama75
"There plenty of parks in the area. Although MARTA is accessible, sidewalks are at a minimum. Most side streets have no street lamps if you are ambulatory. "
  • Brenda G.
