A large sliding window in the bedroom allows you to greet each day with a view of Rocky Peak, oak and pepper trees, and hawks soaring above it all. Outside the front entrance is a gravel patio area to take your ease under a beautiful strawberry tree.

The guesthouse and parking area are located on different levels than the main house, maximizing privacy.

Utilities and WIFI included in rent- no hidden charges. Single occupancy. Cats and small dogs are allowed. No smoking allowed on the property. Private off-street parking. Background check and proof of employment required.

Renter's insurance not required, but recommended. Owner's homeowners insurance does not cover tenant's possessions.
