About this House

Welcome to this brand new, bright, and welcoming three stories home in Dublin. This home is packed with $46k in designer upgrades.
The home is located in the heart of Dublin, at walking distance to Bart and shopping in Dublin Blvd. I purchased this new construction home four (4) months ago. I bought this house to call it home but decided to travel for the next year before settling. All the features of the house were carefully selected to make it a very comfortable place to live.

On the first floor, it has a large living room/kitchen, with 1/2 bath. The living room directly gives access to a spacious and beautiful deck.

On the second floor, you have three bedrooms, a full bath, a loft, and a laundry room. The main bedroom is very large and features a spacious bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with beautiful stone surrounds, and a large bathtub.

The third floor features a small studio (bedroom, loft/office, full bath). The third floor would be ideal for a WFH office. It has enough space to accommodate two completely isolated offices. Alternatively, this could be used as an additional living space.

Both of the two smaller bedrooms on the second floor are well lit, and any of them would be ideal as an additional WFH office (as is the case today).

This is a detached single-family home with two cars garage. It is located in the Dublin Boulevard development.

The first and second floors' common spaces are covered with composite hardwood flooring, while the bedrooms and the third floor are covered with premium carpet.

Features included in the rental:
- A centralized HVAC system with individual controls in each room.
- On-Demand Gas water heater.
- Counter-depth french door refrigerator (GE).
- Bosch 50db50 dishwasher.
- New LG washer/dryer
- Garage has a 2 level electric car charger

Comes with access to community pool, large shared gym, tenis table.

- No smoking or large dogs

"East Dublin could be more ethnically diverse. I wish we had a central downtown area that was walkable With shops, like what Pleasanton has. Overall, still a wonderful city to live."

"Very clean, very safe. Large proportion of residents have a south Asian background. Quiet at night. No street parking available after 9pm. Association keeps the grounds in pristine condition. Convenient to BART and the freeways. 25-30 minutes to Oakland airport."
  • Rich Holman
"Good schools and good locations for kids going to school. Parks are well thought out. Two large parks within a few miles, easy walk/bike. Pickleball growing. "

  • Donaldhamilton94603
"Great area and perfect for families. Really quiet after hours and on weekends. Also, there are a ton of restaurant options for everyone in the family. Love it here"
  • Loren M.
"I’ve been in the Dublin area over 14 years. It’s growing fast, demographics have definitely changed. The planning of the city at times is confusing and makes no sense. Theft is high like many suburb type cities. Otherwise it’s a nice and safe city. "
  • Gr8mom-rn
