FLEXIBLE LEASE TERMS from 30 days to three months and as long as 12 months.

$45 application fee.

$250 cleaning fee.

Owner pays for water, sewer, electric, garbage and Ziply fiber internet.

No smoking or vaping inside the house.

Strictly NO cats allowed. One large dog over 25lbs or maximum two dogs under 25lbs are welcome.

Refundable pet deposit is $300 per dog.

Renter will get one parking spot inside of garage that is shared with Owner.

Applicants will undergo background check. Mid- and long-term leases may require proof of income.
