This is a second floor apartment in a quiet, 6 unit building that looks like a home in the M Street area of Dallas. There are hardwoods throughout, a newer central a/c, and a wood ceiling in the kitchen. You'll love the quiet, residential location that is mere blocks from restaurants and grocery stores and we're only a few miles away from downtown.

We're looking for a quiet, non smoking individual who will appreciate the attention and care we've given this building over the years.

PS: The kitchen is on the smaller side. There is no oven, per se', but there is an electric cook top and a separate microwave/convection oven.
